We are looking for an experienced ASM (Book Cover) to join the production for the run at the Adelphi Theatre.
Start Date – Early January 2025
Length of contract: 51 weeks from date of the first public performance
Salary: as per SOLT/BECTU Agreement

DUTIES:
- The Assistant Stage Manager reports to the Company Manager and the Stage Manager.
- To call the show as a book cover when required by the Stage Manager.
- To assist in sourcing and maintaining props.
- To be responsible for the efficient running of the shows including the pre-show set-up and scenechanges
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the Stage Manager or senior management.
- To collate show information, including prop sources, running plots etc., for archive purposes and tocreate and maintain a show bible along with the rest of the stage management team.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as required by senior management.PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:
- At least two year working experience of the role, working on large scale productions with fully automated scenery.
Demonstrable ability to perform the duties listed above. - An organised yet flexible approach and calm under pressure.
- Demonstrable ability to work as part of a team and under your own initiative. Ability to be creative and resourceful in problem solving.
- Awareness and experience of health and safety legislation and practice.
- Must have competent skill in cueing to score.
