This role leads the delivery of our elders and SEN programmes as well as supporting the team with our work with early years, schools and artists. The role is a blend of practical hands-on delivery in the community and at Curve, as well as project managing small and large scale community engagement events such as festivals and community days.
We are looking for applicants with excellent communication and organisational skills who have experience as a practitioner designing and delivering workshops as well as acting as a project lead on community-facing events. They will be committed to access and supporting individuals and community groups to engage with the performing arts. The role will play an important part in our Neighbour-Hubs programme, helping to provide equal opportunities across communities to engage with Curve and our creative offers. Ideally, they will also have Safeguarding experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and friendly team working on ambitious programmes that have positive impacts on the lives of people living in Leicester. This is a full time role (39 hours per week), but flexible working requests will be considered for the right candidate.
