We are looking for an experienced Producer to manage the Watermill’s exciting programme of work. This is a new, full time position at a theatre that has an established reputation for creating innovative and distinctive shows that often have an national and international life.
They will work 40 hours per week, and work closely with the Joint CEOs to nurture the relationships and negotiate terms for the ongoing life of the Watermill’s work, onsite and more widely.
