You will share our strategic vision, our aspiration to establish the Opera House as a beacon of artistic excellence, and promote our values of inclusivity and extending opportunity. We welcome applications to join the Board from a wide range of people of all backgrounds. In particular we are seeking passionate and committed individuals from the arts or heritage sector or with a senior finance background. We also encourage applications from those with other areas of expertise.

It sits at the heart of the region’s cultural offer with an artistic programme appealing to all ages and tastes. It has an extensive award-winning learning and engagement programme, which is an incubator of young talent, nurturing and inspiring young people to discover their potential.
