The Society of London Theatre (SOLT) is looking for a proactive and organised Operations Officer to join our Workplace Operations team, supporting the smooth running of our two busy London sites.

 

You’ll play a key role in providing IT and facilities support, coordinating building maintenance, helping onboard new staff, and keeping our operations running efficiently behind the scenes. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and staying one step ahead.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • First-line IT and troubleshooting support
  • Overseeing day-to-day building operations across both sites
  • Supporting staff inductions and internal processes
  • Coordinating contractors and maintaining accurate records
  • Helping ensure health and safety compliance

 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
  • Has a good level of IT literacy and a practical mindset
  • Wants to grow and develop within operations and facilities
