Ballet Future Programme Manager

About the role
English National Ballet is seeking a Ballet Futures Programme Manager to join the Ballet Futures team to develop and deliver Ballet Futures: The Pipeline Project. The Programme Manager will work with the Project Lead on developing new elements of the project and on delivering objectives. The Programme Manager will drive the development of the project forward, by maintaining high quality, efficient delivery, and building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, schools, organisations, funders, artists, and children.

Responsibilities
- Develop Ballet Futures further in line with our objectives, based on evaluation of current practices using information and statistics
- Manage all project elements, including the operational and administration needs of the project
- Structure, implement and manage new elements in the project and be responsible for their overall delivery
- Plan, coordinate and liaise with all schools on the delivery of the project activity
- Consult with BF Project Lead:
- To appoint facilitators and partners based on the project schedule, working to agreed approval process
- On all appointments for CPD training providers to ensure all delivery partners are continuously up to date on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) approaches and correct teaching practices
- Work with the BF Project Lead to manage key relationships with the Ballet Futures parents/children, delivery partners and stakeholders
- Manage budget reporting working to stakeholders’ expectations and requirements, liaising with management accounts
Key Selection Criteria
- Ability to manage creative programmes with young people within the arts sector, from conception to delivery and reporting evaluations
- Ability to demonstrate commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in practical terms
- Experience of working to a budget and adhering to stakeholder expectations and compliance requirements (contractual, statutory, legal, and ethical)
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external contacts, including young people from underrepresented backgrounds
- Ability to work independently, taking a problem-solving approach when required
- Commitment to managing own learning and continuous professional development to the role
