Salary Package: £37,000-£40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the Electrics department within the Malvern Theatres complex and should have previous experience in a similar receiving/touring venue. Whilst working closely with the Technical Director the Chief Electrician will also work alongside the Head of Stage, sharing the responsibility of managing all staff during the get-in and get-out for each show. Now is an exciting time to join the team at Malvern Theatres with the commencement of our £20 million Levelling Up project, which will make us one of the largest arts centres in the UK. As part of the project the Chief Electrician will be involved with specifying equipment and liaising with the installers on how the different systems integrate with the existing building as well as the usual schedule of shows.
