Your key responsibilities will include providing technical support for staff, young people, schools, and community groups, handling tasks such as set building, rigging, and operating lighting, sound, and AV equipment. You will lead the Technical Youth Theatre programme for ages 13-19, develop a three-year syllabus, and support Work Experience and Summer School programmes. You will also assist with youth productions and the Christmas Children’s touring show. A strong technical theatre background, organisational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams are essential. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays is required, and the successful candidate will be subject to a full enhanced DBS check.
