This role connects young people, adults, schools, and communities with The Rep’s work, embedding participation within its artistic and strategic vision. Working with the Artistic and Deputy Artistic Directors, this role manages the Creative Learning team, builds key partnerships, and contributes to programming and audience development. This role is a part of our senior leadership team and will oversee safeguarding, departmental budgets, fundraising support, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Our ideal candidate is a strategic, experienced manager with expertise in arts education, a strong commitment to diversity, and a passion for theatre’s role in learning and community engagement.
