Deputy Customer Experience Manager

As our Deputy Customer Experience Manager, you’ll work with the Customer Experience Manager to ensure that we uphold excellent standards of service, maximise revenue, and take the lead on developing our offer for the future. You’ll be responsible for the Front of House staff, Customer Experience Supervisors, and Stock Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading customer facing teams, with experience in food and beverage, catering or hospitality management and delivery, with the ability to embed high standards while developing new business opportunities. This is an ideal position if you are looking for a new challenge in a busy, dynamic, and developing venue.
