The Fundraising Officer plays a crucial role in the smooth-running of the Fundraising department at Kiln Theatre. They will be a key point of contact, both within the Kiln staff team and externally to potential and existing donors. In addition to delivering departmental administration, they will manage fundraising projects of their own (including writing proposals and reports for prospective donors of all kinds) and support the rest of the Fundraising team in their roles.
The Fundraising team at Kiln raises essential funds from individuals, corporations, statutory bodies and trusts and foundations to ensure the theatre can carry out its mission and plan for future years. This role is designed to give the post-holder an introduction to, and training on, all aspects of arts fundraising as part of a small, supportive and ambitious team.
