Resident Assistant Director

The Resident Assistant Director will support 2 productions for Festival 2025 at CFT
Key responsibilities will include assisting on workshops, script-reading, attending Artistic Planning meetings, directing rehearsed readings and engagement with The Nest.
The opportunity will also provide a chance to gain a deeper understanding of the different departments that make up a theatre like CFT, as well as a chance to work and collaborate with our LEAP (Learning, Education and Participation), Development and Producing departments.
