We’re looking for a Sous Chef to work closely with the Head Chef in creating seasonal menus, managing the kitchen team and contributing to an excellent guest experience.
You will have a passion for food, a good palate, excellent communication skills and a creative approach. You will also be a strong leader and solution focused, with previous experience working at Sous Chef level.
The Catering and Events Department is responsible for the external hire of the venue and delivering all food and drink service.
In this role you’ll be bringing something exciting to a new cultural district in east London. Focusing on the customer journey, creating memorable experiences for our clients.
