Writer James Graham updates his epic examination of nation and game to reflect Gareth Southgate’s final chapter as England manager. Dear England will play the Olivier theatre from 10 March to 24 May 2025, followed by a four-week run at the Lowry in Salford.
Key show dates:
  • Start date during week commencing 19 May 2025 (exact date TBC)
  • Technical rehearsals from 27 May 2025 in Salford (Lowry)
  • First performance on 29 May 2025 in Salford (Lowry)
  • Opening performance on 1 June 2025 in Salford (Lowry)
  • Final performance on 29 June 2025 in Salford (Lowry)
All dates are subject to change and confirmation
The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Experience of working in a similar role on a large-scale first-class play or similar professional production
  • Significant experience of costume maintenance
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and adapt work in accordance with performance requirements
  • Strong machine and hand sewing skills, and a working knowledge of theatre production and wardrobe
  • Good communication and organisational skills
